We offer Ultimate Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 15 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the “Bill To” Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from www.flauntnflutter.com. Products purchased from Stockists will follow their own individual return policies.
If an item may be considered defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your Name and Order Number. Defective items need to be addressed within 15 days from receipt. If the product is deemed defective by flauntnflutter.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Product will be eligible for return only if met following conditions:
- In case of Eyelashes, no glue is applied.
- Product never used.
- Original packing is intact and in same condition as delivered.
- Eyelashes are not trimmed.
- Product is not damaged.
If return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 7-15 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect onto your bank statement in case you have used bank transfer or credit card as payment method. Should you require further assistance, please email email@example.com.
Packages returned to www.flauntnflutter.com due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
In case a discount/coupon code applied during purchase, only amount collected from customer will be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and images of product in original packing. Delivery address will be provided based on location of customer.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Customer will be responsible for paying its own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
